Alhaji Isa Aminu Bayero is a seasoned public affairs and business executive with extensive experience in administration, maritime logistics, corporate leadership, and strategic stakeholder engagement.
He serves as Director of Public Affairs at CHOP-OIL Energy Limited and is a seasoned administrator, businessman, public affairs strategist, and political mobilizer with decades of leadership experience spanning public engagement, maritime services, logistics, oil and gas support services, and corporate administration.
Over the years, he has held several executive and leadership positions including Chairman and Chief Executive of First BIA Nigeria Limited, Chairman of Bea-Plus Nigeria Limited, and Executive Director of maritime and shipping-related companies including Aruo Maritime Services Limited, Golden Marine and Shipping Agency Nigeria Limited, and Crown Spring Limited. These roles provided him with extensive experience in shipping operations, logistics coordination, maritime administration, and commercial management.
Alh. Bayero also possesses significant experience in national public affairs and political coordination, having served as National Chairman of the Buhari/Osinbajo Campaign Organization in 2015 and later as National Chairman of the Tinubu/Shettima National Support Organization in 2023. Through these leadership roles, he developed strong relationships across government institutions, traditional leadership structures, private sector organizations, and grassroots communities nationwide.
He holds a Diploma in English Language Education (DELE) from Ahmadu Bello University and remains widely respected for his communication, stakeholder engagement, and strategic relationship management capabilities.
