His notable initiatives include the development of E-BiMS (Electricity Billing & Monitoring Solution), a technology-driven platform focused on smart prepaid meter bypass detection, GSM-enabled utility payment systems, energy revenue assurance technologies, and real-time infrastructure monitoring. Over the years, he has built strong expertise in systems engineering, infrastructure management, operational coordination, stakeholder engagement, strategic communication, project execution, and technology-driven operational solutions. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Akwa Ibom State University and is a member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE).
